Thank you for shopping with Mados Clothing. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand) We ship to all addresses within New Zealand. shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Australia Orders to Australia are typically delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping (US, Canada, UK, Europe & Asia) We ship internationally to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, and select Asian countries including Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and South Korea. Estimated delivery times are 7–14 business days after dispatch. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
